Forge is the working name of Forge Mentoring Ltd, a specialist consultancy focused on structured review, organisational insight, decision making, resilience, and practical change.

Forge helps organisations slow difficult situations down, understand the wider picture, identify risk, and move forward with clarity.

The work is led by Brendan Duff, whose background includes facilitation, mentoring, communication, training, public service, operational decision making, crisis communication, and team development.

Where the scope of the work requires additional support, Forge can work with trusted professional associates.
